When you can't sleep, what keeps you up at night?

I normally sleep okay, the only reasons I can't sleep at times is because I have a major event coming up that I have to participate in or because I'm sick. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to sleep all that well the past several nights due to being sick. I hope I can sleep well again soon.

It's my video games and watching movies that always help to keep me occupied whenever I can't sleep at night. It's usually TV shows that I fancy to watch.

I like to watch web series in the night true and sometimes Facebook and Instagram to pause my time when I am unable to sleep and mostly time it works

I don't usually spend lots of time on Instagram but Facebook keeps me well occupied.

My daughter. She's only a year old but her energy is too much. She's a very active girl and she doesn't sleep much. She just learned how to walk so most times we spend the night with me followng her all around the house mimicng the ambulance sound and laughng at her self in the process.

You can watch a movie or post on the forums you are in to add some money. Only if you don't have anything to do the following day. If you are going to work just force yourself to sleep since you need the rest.

One thing that I actually find out about movies is that they are very capable of putting me to sleep especially when I must have washed them for too long.

When I can't sleep well, I may listen to some relaxing music, or read a book. I may also do meditation which I find really helpful.

It's a terrible experience if you feel like that because things may not work as planned and you need to keep trying and in the end may need to take a pill for that
