When you can't sleep, what keeps you up at night?

Thankfully I don't allow things to disturb me. I sleep soundly like a baby all the time. So that's it for me

If you cannot sleep it means your mind is occupied. If that happens to me, I will try to empty my mind.

I usually sleep late because working online at night. I usually finished teaching online at midnight.

Watching movies at night I do pick up my books to read too then I press my phone at night .

When I can't sleep at night, I just pick my phone to browse forums reading some comments and cooling off.
