Personally speaking, I can do this with my boss if I am entitled to do so. I do think that most of us have the freedom to express ourselves. I can only do this if I have the facts and proof of documents to contrast my boss's idea. A team is not limited to accepting suggestions, but to giving them back.

When I disagree with my boss, I would let him/her know my opinion frankly. I would do it in his/her private office and talk to him/her in a polite manner.
I will express my objections and convey my opinion to the boss, both privately and openly, for example during meetings. If my opinion is accepted then that is what is expected, if not then there is no other choice for me but to endure patiently or simply resign from the company.
In general, the boss will make decisions based on the data and information he gets from their team, so if you have different data, of course you have to be able to explain it properly and politely, so the boss can understand what you mean and how he should make a decision.
You don't do anything rather than trying to make your boss to see reason with you. If he or she can't see reasons with you, you let him be as it is not by force after all it is not your organization.
I wouldn't want to strongly disagree with a person that has a company that I am working for. Highest I can do is to express my sincere opinion and allow the boss to exercise his power of decision making unhindered and undisturbed. B
I would ask to see my boss in his or her office and would carefully explain to him with practical illustrations why I believe my approach is better. It can even be a closed door session. After that, I leave him to exercise his power of decision making.
It is true but you can do it constructively.
If your boss is someone that listens to suggestions, then I believe you have an opportunity to make your points to him and see how he is going to take it but otherwise, if he is not you should just mind your business and do whatever he ask you to do.
You have a point here. There are different kinds of bosses. There are some ones who do not really listen to you so you need to know the kind of person your boss is before trying to explain something to him
Even if you have a non listening boss, just make an attempt to fix explain your views and let him deny you audience or turn you down, it would be on record that you tried to save the company from the troubles.
When I disagree with my boss! I will close my mouth to keep my job except when the boss ask for my candid opinion! Even if he give such opportunity, I will diplomatically express my opinion without disrespect and unprofessional behavior.
