Where do you normally get the latest news and information about which investment to go into or how a particular investment is fairing? For me i do not have any place like this besides forums. Most of the investments i have seen are mostly form forums.

True, but there are still lots of offline investments that are scams though but i get it is more common to find or see scam investments online than offline. What offline investment do you currently invest in?
Back then when I was a Risk taker with a huge risk appetite I used to follow Hyip Logs dot com, it was and still is a very good high-yield income project mornitor but I noticed that the earning sites were just a scam and a pyramid scheme. So I gave up on all the sites and started concentrating more on building some skills, my brand and planning to walk to financial freedom.
Most people like to follow where there is hype and in most cases, it does not end well that is why I was wondering about the same platform I referred to in my previous post where I mentioned a site that monitors various platforms that you can invest in. A platform like Hyiplogs dot com is one common monitor you can check if an investment platform is stable or not.
I was wondering how those sites were registering and showing some all-good portfolios but with anonymous traces. I concluded that it was a fraud and for a while, I stopped visiting the site because most of the sites they were indirectly promoting eventually turned into scams. However, there are platforms like Easyequaties that have a favourable risk potential despite investing in stocks and shares also being risky but it is credible and traceable.

You could make a scam company registered on UK then what you are saying is not always true and there is even tutorials on youtube how to buy a license number and then what they need is money to show it is legal company while it is a site makes to scam people money.
I usually receive updates from different forum websites. I also go to websites that discuss investments, which are beneficial for deciding on potential investments.
It could help someone having an approach about different websites and choose the websites that he needs to focus on or websites that doesn't give something new to them.
It could be another alternative too because friends are sharing informations with themselves
I usually read articles that are published in business newspaper and magazines. I am also interested in reading news related to financial markets and assets like gold and Forex currencies that are traded daily.
