Where do you put the introduction category

I put introduction category on the top. However, a lot of forums put introduction category on the bottom. Where do you put introduction category, on the top, or on the bottom. Do you have any specific reasons for doing this?

I think for me the top of the forum is the best place the introduction category on the forum.

I too would go for the top side of the forum to the placing of the introduction category for the forum site.

I think l can even place it anywhere on the forum provided that it's being seen.
