Where To Know About All types of Paying and Non paying Forums?

I know you may feel it is weird but I would like to know a place/website/platform from where I can know about all the forums or discussion websites whether they are paying or not is a different thing because there are many forums that do not pay but still users like to participate on those websites for fun, entertainment and to stay occupied.

I think there is some place but I am unable to find and could be you are not aware of it because I remember someone sent me a link years ago to check that but now I don't remember about it and the person is not in my touch.
