Yeah, I believe if you have a website or a YouTube channel you can promote it through forums. That is even what I plan to do in the future.
It's not worth much to people who live there though because of the high standards of living. While you can get a cup of coffee for 30 cents or less in Nigeria, it can cost as much as $10 in developed countries.
