Where would you pick for a vacation

If money was not an issue, where would you choose for your personal vacation? For me though, though the location matters but what i really care about is having peace and quite.

Well each and everyone would love to travel abroad if the capital is there, but because of lack of capital, we would want to settle for sightseeing in our country.
