When it comes to running a business, most business owners today tend to chase after the profit before anything else. As a business owner, the first thing you should always consider is the satisfaction of your customers before anything else. Once your customers are satisfied, they would definitely want to return again which would also lead to more profit.

I think for me customer satisfaction is the first step or key, because how can you make lot of profits if your customer is not satisfied with your product or services that you are offering. Customer satisfaction will lead us to profit and success later on.

Customer satisfaction is always needs to come first, because if the business don't have customers and its customers starts to lose interest on the products then there will no profit from the business, since most business are focused on customers need so its better to have customers firs.
