Which do you believe to be riskier—taking too little time or too much time to make a decision?

I think the level of risk involved is dependent on the particular situation. If a business takes too long to make a decision on an issue requiring a fast response, it is likely to suffer substantial damage.
Conversely, a business that spends an inordinately short period of time in making a decision calling for thorough analysis of all factors involved would end up incurring harm.

Making decision in a fast way is risky too because there may be a lot of puzzles behind the situation and since you made your decision faster you won't be able to get to know about them.
I absolutely agree with you my friend. taking a longer time to make a wise decision is the best thing ever to be done. Whilst waiting for the decision some helpful suggestions would begin to pop up.

When you delay and foot drag a decision making process, it can lead to the business missing viable opportunities. Some business opportunities are time sensitive and require that decisions are made fast.
