Most people have to live in rented apartments where they pay a stipulated amount as rents. There are always two options to pay your rents, and that is either monthly or yearly. Between paying your rents monthly and paying yearly, which one affords you financial stability?

I think paying in bulk, as in an yearly payment is better off for financial stability. But then you need to consider whether you will live there the whole year to avoid issues with refund processes. If there was such probability of living there fully, you can pay yearly and focus on other financial decisions you have.

When I pay rents, I purpose my mind that I am going to live there a whole year. Unless something really unexpected happens that I would pack out but it has never happened before.

Let say your rent is $100. I believe paying $100 every month is better than paying 1200 for one year rent. YOu can invest your 1100 and earn with your money

Some people just love the fact that they are not under any form of financial pressure every month to start looking for rents.

For me l think that for the tenant the monthly rental payments is okay while the landlord would be interested in the yearly kind of rental payments

It depends on each individual and which one best suits you. If you are okay with the monthly pay then go for that. There are people who prefer yearly payments cause it gives them enough time to prepare.

I personally love to pay my rents yearly. It gives me some leverage to work and get ready for another rent payment. With monthly rents, there are months that income might not come in and I am stranded, unable to pay rents.

In my opinion, yearly rentals offer more financial stability. With a fixed rent for 12 months, you can better budget and plan your expenses.

I believe yearly rentals gives more financial stability than monthly rentals. It is always better to pay in bulk and get one's mind off it than to pay rent little by little.

I normally pay my rent every month. This works best for me since I can never be sure about what might happen today or tomorrow. I could decide to move to another province if I find it better there.

Mostly here people prefer to pay monthly rent but if you manage to rent space to a bank or for ATM then you can expect yearly rent and its better than monthly
