Which is easier to manage between a TV station and a Radio station?

I think the radio station is more manageable as compare to TV station. The processes and technical aspects are complicated in maintaining a TV station.

The equipments are more complex for a TV station. The cameras alone adds some complexity to the running of a TV station.
