I have seen so many folks complaining for paying lots of money for advertising their businesses on some adnetworks but barely work for them.
What is your take on this?

I think a lot of people prefer for Google adsense and I still have some preference who prefer Google admob

You can advertise on facebook. facebook ad is one of the leading online advertising platform. If you do not like facebook you can also use Google ads, you can try advertising on various google products

There are some ads network that pays reasonable amount of money but it will be very hard before you will be approved. Ezoic is an example.

Ezoic, i think but it is very hard before your account will get approved. They are also very strict than Google adsense.

But why are there always making it hard for content creator account to get approved. They are even stricter than Google adsense. Then for me I rather stick with Google adsense then

I do not know the reason in particular but I think that is their policy and they have their reasons. You must have a very good traffic before they will approve you.

I think they will always do what works for them. That is what has been working for them for so many years and that is what they are still doing to maximize profit.
