I too second you on this issue. The generation of the brilliant ideas is the most important thing. Even without the guts or potential to implement them you can sell your ideas at a profit.

Indeed. They can work hand-in- hand. It is also like a principle of give and take manner. For me, idea can be formulated and action needs to be executed it. I just do not want working with people who only talk.

That's right, you could have the best ideas but if you are not able to execute them properly does ideas would be useless. Which is why it is extremely important both has to go hand in hand.

Both coming up with new ideas and working on them is very important. A company or business should have team members who are good at them. When one comes up with a good idea, there should be someone who is ready and skilled at implementing them. Another group of important people are those who sense risks and others who are good at mitigating them.
