Which one is popular, PTC or PTP?

I don't think Pay to click or PTC will ever overcome Pay to post or PTP as PTP is legit and well paying

true PTC is very bad way to make money there are a lot of platfroms that scam you and claim you can make money plus even if it is legit it is very slow still

Around 10 years ago there were not many pay to post websites and most users were interested in earning from pay to click websites and majority of these scam too so thank god we have many PTP now.
