For me, I usually go in between to deal with conflicts among the co-workers. If I am involved, I will remain patient. It is not for me to make it worse. But I need to find a soultion or soultions and hear them out before saying my own piece. I do not need to argue because it is not my cup of tea.

I don't know but I think I'm tilted towards ignoring. I love to always use the ignore button especially when I think the issue is too petty I try to shrug it off

Though i tend to get a little bit stressed when under pressure but in most times where there is conflict, as long as it does not really involve me, i tend to ignore,

That's a good one it is always good to try to pacify others. Everyone desire a calm tensed atmosphere at work. so one just need to try pushing this always

When there is conflict in the workplace which does not involve me, I tend to stay away from it. If that involves me, I would advise the parties to calm down and have an open discussion.

When there is a conflict with co-workers, I usually tend to remain silent. But if it gets worse and I can't stand it anymore, then I will tell him that I don't like what he's doing. If they stop bothering me then problem is solved, if not I will report to boss.

Not to brag or anything but one attribute I love about myself is how patient I am in my operation
I believe that with patient and consistency I will survive any business conflict

You always have to maintain a calm personality when you are trying to solve any kind of problem in your business because that is the only way you can be able to do things objectively.

Ignoring helps sometimes and there are times when it does not help because there are no issues or matters that needs to be settled immediately instead of you just ignoring it
