Yes beermoney forum has now reduced payment to 2 cents per post. My only issue is the minimum word required. If it can be reduced, there's no big deal.

Yes it has been very reliable and stayed up even after many went down. There are ads in the forum to generate traffic. Maybe he's adjusting income to cope with revenue.

Yes profit is what sustains business. Many forums closed up because they couldn't make money to sustain paying members. It's better to adjust rate that shut down.

Yes the most adverse thing that'll happen is that members will leave the forum. Some loyal ones will still remain to keep the forum active.
