Which would you rather have as a manager: motivated or satisfied employees?

Of course more working employees can work better but both are nice to have I think if employees are happy then they are motivates too it's very good for the bussness

I think a motivated employee will be an asset for the company and they will keep working hard to achieve their as well as organizational goals and should be motivated from time to time

If I am a manager, I would prefer a satisfied employee. For the reason that it can fuel himself or herself to be motivated at work. I had seen some workers who tend to be productive if being contented at his or her workplace.

Having employees who are satisfied with working for you is always going to be committed to doing their job and that will directly improve the productivity of your business.

When it comes to my preference, I lean towards motivated employees. They tend to put in extra effort to achieve their goals and are always striving to improve.

People that are too satisfied tend to always be more relaxed and that is not good for the position of an organisational manager.

If you are satisfied, you might not have any motivation to excel. Therefore, I will have a motivated manager rather than satisfied employees. Managers are leaders and we need motivated leaders.
