Who do you think the business should be more loyal to between the customers or the employees. These two groups are extremely important for the growth of the business. Without the customers, the business can never make profit, hence the business cannot stand. On the other hand, without the employees the business itself cannot function.

No employees no customers to come. Your business becomes a ghost business like zero ground. Support them all especially the employees who are loyal and committed. Customers come and go and you don't know them. They're transients in your business but your employees are your right arms.

A business should be loyal to its stakeholders including investors, customers and employees. If you cheat your investors and customers, your business will not survive. If you don't treat your employees well and respect them, no talents will work for your company.
