Probably, In a business venture getting the trust of people is not something that is done instantly. It needs some period of time to establish that.

New suppliers must be placed on trial basis because they are on zero confidence. It is not they are dubious in nature, but they have to be placed on probation pending the time they would build their confidence in them. New suppliers do not enjoy debit facility because they are yet to build credit score.
