Why are people losing interest in the day job

I understand that some jobs are well paying that you never want to quit them. So it isn't all knids of jobs but for low paying ones it worth a quit after some time.

The pandemic paved the way for more WFH or work from home. I also prefer it because if convenience.

For the fact that a lot of people are not getting paid well and also with the exposure that people are having since the pandemic of coronavirus has made some of them to lose interest in their day job.

I found out that so many people are losing interest in the day job . The people are beginning to move to online work more often because they could work from the comfort of their home and there will be no one pushing them around . This is the reason why most of the people preferred to work online.

Most people prefer online jobs even me, online jobs gives you the freedom to work at your own pace and save you from rushing to work early in the morning and returning sometimes late due to traffic.
