Usually the domain price depends on the quality, yet in the last few years .xyz domains are being sold at a very high price.
Some domains are listed below, it is very difficult to sell better .in, .com and .net domains for a similar or even lower price. What is the reason for the very high prices?

I don't think the domains is the reason behind the high cost but the traffic been generated by the site and the input or information in the site. The domain is more or less have no value attached in this scenario.

I think that the price of domains have also increased and there is a big reason why this happened. It seems like inflation is also have an effect on the prices of domains as well.

Xyz domains went into the limelight when Google bought xyz domain for its Alphabet company. In 2016 I bought a lot of xyz domains but I have never been able to sell any of my xyz domains.
