Why do a lot of people prefer offline job to online ?

Offline jobs offer a stable monthly salary and other fringe benefits such as paid leave, medical insurance. For online jobs, if you don't have any particular skills, you don't earn much and there are lots of scammers out there.
Most people prefer offline jobs to online jobs simple cause they are not used to online jobs. They feel it is more safer than online jobs. Others prefer offline jobs because it is something they can see, so they feel more assured.
Offline jobs are more reliable and concrete than online jobs. Also offline jobs seems to be paying well with the current wage bill at some where like $5 in my country. Earning this amount online requires a heavy skillset and too much experience.
This is because Online jobs collapse too often, they come and go, they can decide to reduce the payment rates anytime they wish it is their right in fact. On the other hand offiline work stood to be very concrete, reliable, guaranteed have more incentives compared to online jobs.
Offline jobs have a sure salary that could support a family if you are married, and during retirement, you are safe because while working, part of your salary is deducted for your retirement benefits, your pension during old age.
The major concern with online jobs is that it can't be relied on. People feel that it is very volatile in nature. Offline jobs is more assured for those people.
Are you talking about offline jobs in our country, Nigeria? Those offline jobs that would leave you more impoverished. I know some people doing just paid to post who earn more than offline workers in Nigeria.
I think it's because of that online Jobs come and go. Like trendi.com , a very long Serving earning ptp all over the sudden it's collapsing. So most online jobs are not reliable and therefore they haven't job security.
The experience people passed into during covid19 has encouraged people to resorted into online business than offline business. Online business allows works to be done at the home comfort. Stress of rushing to work is avoided. Harassment is also avoided.
In my place, they would tell you that online jobs can leave you stranded at any time. The case of trendri points to that fact that one cannot rely on online jobs.
