Why do top internet companies support housewives online fraud?

In some countries, most housewives are only cooking and cleaning for their husband/families, they are not interested in doing computer work. Yet the housewives are getting government jobs faking online income, paypal account since 2010. Why do top internet companies support housewives online fraud, so that they continue to get government salaries?

What do you mean by internet companies, do you mean to talk about web hosting companies or internet service providers, or online businesses?

Almost all types of tech and internet companies are supporting and rewarding the cheater housewives with monthly government salaries for faking online income, bank account, domain ownership , though it can be legally proved that the housewives do not pay expenses, do not spend time doing computer work.

So far I don't think we are experiencing issues like this, but top companies would only support them if they are getting something from them.

This is actually new to me. I have not heard of such thing in my country where top internet companies support housewives online fraud. Paypal isn't even accessible in my country to begin with.
