Nowadays, it had been observed that we don't have gender based vocations any more. Most of those vocations that are regarded as gender based are now unisexly occupied. You found both sexes doing it. And when you considering who is going to patronize them, you will be surprised to lots of women patronizing men stylists. Why is it so?.

In my location, it appears that there are more male hairstylists than female. Personally, I'm fine with both genders doing the job for me., as long as the skill of the hair stylist is professional.
LoL women are attracted to men and men to women so that's the natural law of nature. Nothing abnormal about it.
I guess the world is changing, these days people dont usually consider or classify a particular job as one ment for a particular gender, if they can do it and it is lucrative, they would do it, then again if it is something they are a particular gender can do it better, then they would patronize them.
It is just the natural pull that makes two opposite forces attract. Men that do services that are directed towards women have a lot of patronage from the women and it is also applicable in women who render services directed to men.
The male hairstylist are flooding the market presently and it seems that they are taking over from the females.
I am not really sure; it really depends on the person. In my case, I do not have a preference when it comes to my hair stylist's gender.
