Any organization's smooth operation depends on an effective administration function. The majority of office tasks involve paperwork that documents every aspect of running a firm. A strong filing and information retrieval system is vital for a lot of record keeping, and even though computers are frequently used, a paper trail is still required. It sounds like an old-fashioned way but is still an effective one to use.

Business record is something that is very important to the success of your business because it helps you to know how to go about getting references on how everything about the business has been going and to make sure that such strategies in the business management are always followed.
I agree with you. Digital records are convenient but having a physical paper trail can provide an additional layer of security and reliability.
Instead of having a paper trail, I backup whatever information in multiple drives. If that is not secure enough, then nothing else is secure..
Honestly speaking, I can't work in an organization that still relies on papers for their operations and record keeping. Every business should have digital infrastructure to run the business. Paper trail makes work boring and stressful.
