Why family members are not allowed to work in the same company?

It is the duty of the worker to be loyal to the employer and the company, in a case where members of the same family are working together, most business owners assume they would be loyal to themselves rather than to the company.

I do not think that such policies should hold because employment should be based on skills and qualifications.

Unfortunately some companies are designed to work that way with their policy and you cannot actually tell them to kick out their family members from being a member of the board.
