Why is saving money in the bank considered a loss?
This is because banks normal charge very low and little interest rates on the savings and when making transactions on them also they do charge alot too in the transactions fees.
You are right I have noticed that the interest rate provided by the bank is lower than the inflation rate, so the real value or the exchange rate will be reduced
Bank investment is not entirely a loss to me because of the interest rate but I feel like saving is wrong totally when there is not a plan to generate more wealth with such money
I don't consider it as lost. It is just safe place for my money. Better keep bigger amount in bank than in your house. It is bigger chance for accident in house. If something happend to bank, you have insurance.
