Why Should Some of Your Business Profits Be Invested?
For any business to grow, the profits would have to be continuously reinvested till the pont where the business can run without needing funding from external sources
In the business model , part of the business profits is supposed to be invested. This is because with time the profits would have grown due to the return on investments earned on top of it.
It is a good idea for business people to invest or for part of one's business profit to be invested but i do not see it as something that should be compulsory.
