Will it be senseful to have a lavished party at the business center?

It seems not right to have a lavished party at the business center. It's better to save and share instead a cash incentive for the employees to boost their morales and continue supporting your business. In case the profit is high, it's good to have a lavished party at the business center with workers free to bring their lovedones. What do you think?

I think it would be better to give them cash or other gifts rather than throwing a party, but on the other hand, organizing a party also has its advantages. It would encourage communication amongst the employees.

I think this would not be a very bad Idea for the members of staffs especially.
This action really motivates the employees and most importantly it promotes the business growth and sustainability in the long run.

Normally it doesn't make any sense to spend lavishly maybe in a business center or not the one of business center is now very worst because customer will feel you make too much from them to spend that way

If the company had shown extra ordinary sales and profits are very high then, Management can arrange such party. I remember when I used to work in gsk we get annual party in five star hotel outside the city with free air tickets. Basically strong companies can afford this.
