Some PTC offers money to write an article about them in a forum, it is one time bonus that you may find in tasks of PTC.

Even if it were 1000% legit, I won't join it. PTC sites very time wasting exercise. Imagine working for hours and you only earn few cents. Is that justified?. Don't waste your time on PTC sites.

That is faucet, not PTC.
Faucets and PTC are diffrent.

Many start scamming even after a few payments and this is what I noticed with Adsatoshi and Adbitex
