Will you trust Honest scammers?

It's like will you take lion at your home and take good care of him. My answer will be no, because lion may any time do same with me as he do with others. So scammers don't leave anyone he will scam us too, not this week but surely next week or month.

I have come across a large number of people who have ruthless cheated me causing great losses, yet government, top companies consider them very honest to give them great powers, monthly government salaries.
