Moonlighting is an offense. But they fired a lot of them. That's huge!!!

This is against Security Policy. And I believe it is not allowed to have another job of the same nature because of conflict of interest. I believe that they signed a contract. The contract should state the complete clause.
If hired, both employers will alerted regarding the government deductions like tax and here in the Philippines Social Security deductions.
