This is a crime enough to get all of them fired. How can anyone do this to sn employer working for rival firms outside your normal working hours. This is total wickedness

It is very bad and they got what they deserve but it is painful that innocent ones will be there too.

I hope they deserved that kind of a punishment. Moonlighting is such a very bad crime conducted ever on a business rivalry. I bet there is no boss that can actually tolerate with this.

In the school where I worked, it's a private school so moonlighting not allowed, and yes those who violated were advised to resign.

It is always very important for any management to make sure that everything that is going to threaten the success of their establishment should always be taken care of immediately.

Why would the staff be working for a competitor? As a business owner, I would also sack all of them for that. It is an act of betrayal to my organization.
