I am an imprimatur of a big-time lawyer in my city to do buy and sell of real properties like houses and lot, lots only, lands and commercial buildings. I was able to sell the beach property of my cousin and I received a commission of 200, 000 pesos. I was able to dispose of the property of one barangay in Ayala in Manila. There were 4 of us brokers and we earned a commission of 1.8 million. We shared our commission equally. I saved my money and invested it in buying a property. I am no longer active on this during the pandemic. The virus hurts many.
In my case, I am an imprimatur to Atty. Cesilo Adaza, the president of CREBA Realty in entire Philippines. He knew me for I was the president of the ROTARACT club where he was the Rotary club president. He authorised me to sell using his license. I took the seminar and brokerage exam after 3 years. I enjoyed my big commission unable me to buy NISSAN Sentra that time.
We call them agents over here. The work is not an easy work. It requires networking and they tour a lot to know where houses can be found.
This is a very highly paying and very profitable business ever for you to make large amounts of money with. However it's not that easy for you to get the clients for buying or renting out of the appartments or the lands.
You must understand the terrains and know how to negotiate deals to be successful in this business. Also, you must have Social skills.
