Working as a team or individually?

When it comes to running a business, or building one. Creativity plays a very important role, to be able to stay ahead of your competition, you need to be creative in your thinking and planning. Do you think people are more creative when they work together or will it be easier working individually?

I believe it depends on the nature of the business and its scale. Some organizations require the formation of a team in order to capitalize on diverse skill sets, experiences, expertise, and knowledge.

How many of you work in collarborative tools in team? Do you have logs in case something bad happend like deleted data? In our case somebody deleted important column but boss discovered person since it have log.

Business is a team work but as far as I am concerned I like to work alone. I hire on as needed basis. I mainly have online business and hire virtual assistant

If you are working for a company, you need to work and cooperate with other co-workers. I am a freelancer now, I enjoy working by myself. I have more freedom in how I deal with my clients and manage my work.

For me l think that depends on the type of the business that you are dealing with. When dealing with small businesses then working as an individual is more ideally.

Yes that's true, when working for a company the only choice you have is to work as a team. This would make the work a lot more productive and quicker.
