There are many places where employees have rights and I think that employees should have rights. Bosses also need to understand that their employees are also humans and they deserve to be respected.

This is true. You might try to tolerate with the boss at first but your frustration would grow and you might have to leave the job.

There are many places where employees have rights and I think that employees should have rights. Bosses also need to understand that their employees are also humans and they deserve to be respected.

The challenge is if that nasty character is the normal behavior of the boss and he is the business owner, you can't do much about it.
