Working with unserious persons

I think that would call the need for the specialisation of labour for that matter.

Anyone that is working with an inseriius person is also un serious because you can't do much with an unserious person

I really find it very annoying when some members of the group are not active on the parallel pay rate.

That's right it's so annoying if that person just keep on babbling. I never like a person like that unserious.

If I am working with people who are unserious, I would find a way to leave because we would have issues.

Which was one of the reasons I left my previous job. They where just too unserious for my liking, and it was making the work load too much for me.
