Would you blow whistle on a co-staff you caught stealing company products?

Imagine you are working for an organization and you have a co-staff whom you caught taking company's assets without permission

Would you blow whistle on such a staff and tell the organization's hierarchy? Or you would mind your business?

Well i might not say anything then try to discuss it with this person in a way that would not look insulting, if there is still no change then i might decide to report this person.

Yes I'll report them directly to the management or the Management Representative as they can then take the required action.

Yes, I wouldn't hesitate to do that. Because the person is trying to ruin the company and when it falls we would all suffer for it.

Yes, I would report the case to the management. The co-worker has obviously done the wrong thing. Managment should be aware of this and take appropriate action.
