I can feel you. In my mind, most jobs are challenging. The more challenging the job is, the more money we can get.

Yes, those jobs that pay higher are often really challenging. It will test your knowledge, skills, patience, commitment, etc.

The sad part is we need to deal the stressors if working on these high paying jobs. I must say that working in the government is to stressful for me.

Over a period of time it gets tough to work under pressure as you need freedom to express and work properly so I will choose the job with less pressure

You have a point there though, we all have our limits and it would get to a stage where it becomes very annoying or stressful mentally to work under these conditions.

I am one of those that are fine with earning less but don't like to work under pressure as its more like staying in a jail

I don't love pressure of any kind. That is why I would take a job with less pressure and paying lower.
