Would you like it when customers return goods?

There are some customers who buy something and realize that there was something wrong with it maybe after a week. It is really unfair on my side because it has been long.

If the person had returned the goods on time, it would have been a better thing. The seller will be the one at loss.

What can you say about this and what will you do if you’re the one in this situation?

I doubt anyone would want their customers to return goods from time to time though.

I really don't like that situation to happen in my business. lnstead of making profits would make losses through the returning of goods by the customers.

We cannot do anything if things happened like this. If factory defects incurred, then we need to change them new ones.

If there is a return policy it will have to be accepted whether one likes it or not

I have a return policy which must be put in force before I accept any returned goods and make refunds. When goods are returned, it is a loss to the business.

I don't think I would ever love this and I'm sure nobody would love this too when it would be a loss to everyone

It breaks by heart as a business person when customers have to return goods. It means that I failed at meeting the needs of such a customer.
