Would you setup your business in another country if it would help you save more?

Running and starting up a business requires capital, would you leave for another country to start up your business if you feel it would help save more capital? I know of someone who moved his production to china, according to him it is a lot cheaper to produce in china than in most countries. Would you also make this move, or what do you think about this?

This is often practice in my country. My goverment take to much tax plus they kill you with paperwork and constant change of law. Many people registered companys outside and now they just live here and do business.

A lot of big corporations are setting up their production facilities in Tier 2 or 3 countries such as China, India, Vietnam and Thailand. Labor and land/office costs in these countries are cheaper.

I would. That's the reason why almost all the investors are leaving out of my country for lesser taxation and business operational costs elsewhere in the world for that matter.

This is all about importing your product from another country that will sell it at a cheaper rate for you to be able to make more profit when you have it delivered in your country but you have to run the expenses of importation.

I have had that some countries are really good and provides very favourable conditions for foreign investors to invest in their countries. Some of these conditions are: Affordable taxations, cheaper labour, favourable licencing, terms of businesses.

We need proper planning and if we can achieve that and follow all the other requirements then it will be easier

If indeed we have the ability to build a business abroad and can save costs why not? Because one of the principles of business is to make products with the minimum possible capital, and sell them at the right price to achieve maximum profit.

I wouldn't even hesitate in doing that. We do businesses with the aim at making profits. So I would go wherever I can maximise the profits no matter the distance.

On a regular I would love to set up my business in other countries I think that form of expansion is what is called franchise but I'm not really sure when it comes to savings

If I am going to expand my business internationally, it would be great. It happens to big-scale companies. As for me, I will need to boost my small-scale company and expand if it progresses to a large-scale.

There's no way you would be able to set up your business in another country without detailed research. It helps you to get the best in the business.

Sure, I will surely do that if it will help me save more, because saving more is maximizing profit and that is the aim of every entrepreneur , but then I might put someone in charge of the one I have presently then move forward.
