That's right but only for regular full time can avail those not no pay during summer vacation.

Only the regular teachers I think. Those probationary teachers won't avail of benefits. They're pitiful too.

That is unfair, maybe they are not master's degrees or postgraduate degree holders. They better apply in the public schools if they are licensed teachers.
