Almost everybody have some sort of bread. I just finished eating bread and beans cake. The combination is superb. I will wash it down with one bottle of Pepsi.

How big is Pepsi ? It is not to healthy drink.

I just had a handful of walnuts as snacks in the afternoon. I love eating nuts. I love almonds, walnuts and peanuts. They offer many health benefits.

I do not usually have snacks. If ever, I prefer eating boiled sweet plantains or peanuts as my snack for the day.
