But I wonder what benefits can the company get from it? I think there are benefits to having this in place in an organization. The fact that they have started it, they saw something that we have not experienced before. Or they have experienced some turnovers so they had to think of a better employee engagement program. Or maybe they have good experience with employee retention so they have to maintain what they already started in the first place.

If this kind of initiative was well-planned, for sure they will succeed.

Do you have a high or low level of tolerance in all levels of encounters? Though it's tough and annoying but we have to extend our tolerance if deemed necessary. I usually have this two high and low tolerance depending on a paticular instance. Somebody touches my leg and the extinct automatic, to kick the person. When I was in college, I was a resident scholar so no single cent spent by my parents.
