I am not sure what you mean by unanimous vote. I think that you are talking about taking a decision and trying to post a poll for that in order to get an opinion through poll?

I love this. A rebellion by the minority can easily be subdued. But a rebellion by the majority might be harder to subdue. Wnat if a strategic staff is in the minority? The rebellion might be hard to control.
