I believe that every company will already mention the format of the interview which will always be what you are going to prepare on before the interview day comes.
it is always important to be relaxed and confident whenever you go for a job interview. When you're not confident you can even forget what you have prepared to say.
Yeah, the importance of confidence cannot be underestimated. You also need to do a lot of reading concerning your field of expertise.
You would have to get all your credentials ready and also read up about the company online. Take time to understand the values of the company.

Proper dressing is always important whenever you are going for an interview. It is always important and advisable to be in a corporate.
And you would do the corporate throughout your working days? That's why I don't really love formal employment. I love being casual.
That's right, I totally agree with you. In addition, we need to know the company profile globally, so that when asked about the company's description, we can explain it well. Even though sometimes the interview has nothing to do with the material and company profile, they just want to get to know each other more closely by inviting communication.

If you are in the engineering field then that is the dress code of engineers. When they are at office that is what they wear.

That sounds very ridiculous. If an interviewer could be that insecure, it speaks so much of the powerplay that is ongoing in such an organization. If I sense that from an interviewer, I won't take the job even if I am offered.
It is true that anxiety has killed so many people in job interviews. They would be panicky and end up not being able to answer questions thrown by the interviewers even when they know the answers.
I believe that most people that are going for interview who didn't plan well before the day of the interview will always find it very difficult to be relaxed because they will not have any idea of what the questions might be like.
