My standpoint on this is positive that customer loyalty increases profits for the business. Customer retention creates encouraging business gains. It is so good to be true to our customers because without them your business never experiences money. They are assets to your business day by day. It is very important for the business to fund referrals through loyal customers. They are the ones to bring them to your business. This way helps you reduce our operating costs for business. Busiess owners along with their employees must satisfy their customers to be loyal to them in return. What can yu say, peps?

Customer loyalty can increase profit, yet in the internet sector there are a large number of companies who betray their customer. They will take money from one person, and then falsely claim that a well connected person was their customer.

As long as you have the loyalty of your customers, it means that they have faith in your product and services in such a way that they are not going to look at purchasing from your competitors.

That's so right, the customers will be skeptical to enter another establishment because they will feel guilty of the business owner's kindness and quality services. The former may change in dealing with the latter.

Customer loyalty has to do with the tendency of a customer to come back and patronize your business over and over again. Some businesses have very poor customer loyalty standings which makes them to always have depleted stock.

Customers bring money to the business center so they are assets and not liabilities. And because of that, they need to be cared for as a consolation for their loyalty to the business. It is hard to find a loyal customer if they are served better.

To be honest these days its not easy to achieve customer loyalty. Majority of the customers today are not loyal, but once you have been able to achieve this it would lead to your customers coming back again and again, leading to profit.

You are right, considering the many businesses that scatter all around in big cities or urban areas. People can vary their decisions as to where they will buy. But they will opt to choose a business the best for them and that offers good services and incentives.

Yes you are right, loyal customers are one of the company's important assets. They must be well looked after. Because if they feel disappointed with the company's services, they will decide to move to another company.

Giving them gifts like a big calendar and buy 1 take 2 for example will be a very big gift for them and they will also spread it to their friends and neighbors, thus making the company profit more. Most likely, it becomes so famous.

Yes, you are right, it is a good marketing strategy. I also implement this in my online store. When I reach a certain shopping amount, I will give a prize for one of the products I sell. Often in the form of a discount. šŸ˜

I have used the same name since I started in 2021, I don't want to change names. Because a name for me is an identity, I don't want to change it, worrying that old buyers will have trouble finding my shop again.
