When I published my first book, most of my buyers were my Facebook friends. Even when I published the second book, my buyers were my social media friends and followers. Social sites can help you generate sales if you put in some marketing efforts.
If you publish a book on Amazon.com kdp, you would make money from that book when it is downloaded for the rest of your life. The caveat though is that your book has to be top quality for you to be able to earn from the platform.
That sounds great. It's very evident that social media platforms are the best ways to reach to a huge audience for any promotion. Networking is key to success in this digital world.
It makes a very good way for passive income. One has to write quality books and market it well.
I have some books on Amazon Kindle Publishing. Once in a while, I am sent gift cards for purchases of the book. It is a good way to build a passive income stream.

Most of books on Amazon KDP are educative books this is the gender of majority of books either literary or medecine or programming or history this is the most majority of books, some are about grammar and syntax.
I've heard about this site for long but I find it pretty complicated and uneasy for people like me who is always busy with school and other offline activities .
It is limited or geotargeted means Amazon KDP being seller is limited to a limited number of countries. But being busy with offline activities is not a crime do activities that are suitable to your timeline.
Oh! I see. How about other fiction and non fiction genre books? I guess even short stories would come under literary books. I know of one friend I met on forums who has published short stories for children there. I assume that they would accept short stories collections for adults too. I need to check that.
Contrary to your opinion, I do not run away from micro job site because I know that if you understand how to perform simple task on those platforms, you should be able to earn reasonable amount of money.
I do not like to waste too much of my time on micro job website as well bcause I have seen this site as a total waste of time and energy except if you are given a lot of task to perform in order to earn a reasonable amount of money.
Many people have given the same kind of feedback about microtask sites. And it's discouraging. They keep complaining about the low payrates and slow earnings there. It seems the tasks that are well paying are challenging. And doing easy tasks in bulk to get some good money can be very exhausting.
If you are very versed in publishing ebooks then Amazon Kindle publisher is the best platform to go
I agree with @Chibson . No matter how lucrative one opportunity looks, one needs to have adequate skills and knowledge about it beforehand. Else the opportunity might not click. And like any other earning opportunities, it would require consistency and effort. One has to put a good amount of research and effort to write a book before getting it published. You need to sharpen some of your skills to write a book and then get it published.
That's just it. if you wany to utilize an opportunity you must be ready to do the work if you want to be successful. It is even important for you to go through mentorship.
