Personally I don't have control over when I go to sleep at night because my sleep is actually messed up right now for the past 6 years and I've been trying to get it back on track but it's been very difficult which makes it inconclusive when I usually sleep.I go to sleep at 11:00 and I wake up at 6:00 in the morning.
